NOCTURNAL HEMODIALYSIS OBSERVER (SARATOGA)

DAILY NOCTURNAL HEMODIALYSIS OBSERVER Seeking full time Nocturnal Observer for our Saratoga Center.
The hours are:
Monday 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Tuesday 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Wednesday 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Thursday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

* Ability to train for two weeks during the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Communication by phone with our home dialysis patients and tracking their treatments via Internet program.
* Assisting with procedural issues and documenting data using dialysis software, deferring to RN or MD on-call for clinical decisions.
* Must be a good communicator, able to learn and assist patients by phone with set up and operational questions.
* Must be able to work alone in our facility monitoring station in Saratoga.
* We will train for this entry level position, but some medical experience is preferred.
* Must be able to be flexible to cover vacations.
